How to Place an Order
Select the items you wish to buy and place them in your cart.
Move forward to checkout through the standard checkout page or PayPal.
Provide your email, legal name, and shipping information.
Apply any available promo code in the Discount field before payment.
Confirm the delivery address → submit payment information → Complete Order.
A confirmation message will appear after checkout, and an email copy will be sent. Support: service@oxylenza.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Reach out to support with:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the issue
After review, the correct item will be arranged and shipped at no extra cost. Email: service@oxylenza.com
Confirming Your Order
Your confirmation email includes the order number and purchase details. If you cannot find it, check the spam folder.
Modifying an Order
Changes can be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted. After this point, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@oxylenza.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Pick variations → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Edit the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge/IE are recommended.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Checkout
Select PayPal → log into your account → confirm payment → return to the confirmation screen.
Discount Codes
Enter the promo code → click Apply → the discount will be shown in the order summary.
