Return Policy

Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped or moved into production.
When a cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the total payment will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Orders that have already been handed over for shipment cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

The product must be unused and kept in its original condition.
All original packaging must be included with the returned item.
A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be submitted.

Please contact customer support before sending any product back. Return guidance must be provided before the return shipment is arranged.
Customers will be responsible for no more than one total shipping charge, which may include original delivery and return shipping where applicable.
Returned products will not be subject to any restocking charges.

Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, an email will be sent to confirm that the return has been reviewed.
You will be informed whether the refund has been accepted or not.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment processor.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again to confirm it has not posted.
Reach out to your credit card issuer, as refund updates may require extra time.
Contact your bank, because processing periods may vary.

Return Shipping
After a return has been approved, return instructions will be sent to you.
If the return is based on personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fee.
If the return is caused by a damaged item, product defect, or wrong shipment, the return shipping cost will be covered.
